Dec. 5th, 2018 06:08 pm i think i like this format so i'll probably move here if worst comes to worst. i think i initially made this for my art? but it might become my new blog. i'll see more when i get a better feel for it
different styles
Apr. 8th, 2017 02:19 pmi'm trying a style i've admired for a while but i've never had the guts to do myself. also, i never knew how. so i'm trying to figure it out. on the left is the new style, while the right is what i usually would do. i chose a simple portrait i did last summer (in crayon after i hadn't slept in over 24 hours lmao) because the lines were easy and there wouldn't be too much confusion. next i'm gonna try it with one of the dagnal's in my previous post.
i drew these for my d&d character, dagnal ironfist. the first image has an alternate, where she is in a forest, but after changing the backgrounds i added more to the character herself so i elected not share that one. the last image was done before i made the change to her hair. i'm not sure how much i like it because she looks more human in it, not very dwarf-like xp as a druid, she doesn't wear heavy armor so that's why all her clothing looks light and flowy. honestly now i feel like drawing more of her haha
